Noteworthy in Nola

So around Halloween we looked around the office and wondered how we’d gotten all of these costume-y things in inventory. Oh, we’ve always had boas and masks- but those are normal (ha ha) New Orleanian type items. I could make a case for pirate items, and a few others, I suppose, but mostly they’re not really in our normal scope.

The sane thing to do at this point would have been to refocus, sell off the extra stuff, and go on about our business (so to speak).

Except that the costume bit is fun, so we decided to spin off a side biz, with just the costume stuff- how hard could it be? After all, it’s already here and cataloged, right?

Hahahahaha…:::snort!:::: sorry. Famous last words, no? This little project has now been in progress for several months, and is about to go live. And since apparently I don’t know how to do anything in half measures, I started writing again, and poking a bit at this blogging business.

But we’re almost there…so it’ll be Notably New Orleans for the NOLA needs of the world, and Mystical Masquerade for costume items.

And yes, I do have alliteration issues. If we don’t wrap this up quickly, I’ll also have drinking issues, but that’s a whole other topic…lol
